THE HAGUE — Cosmetique Totale, a portfolio company owned by investment company BB Capital Investments, has taken over injectables specialist Van Lennep Kliniek. With the acquisition, Cosmetique Totale adds knowledge and expertise in the growing market of cosmetic botox and filler treatments to its services.
Cosmetique Totale is the market leader in the Benelux in skin and laser therapy and, with the support of investment company BB Capital, has added the three branches of injectables specialist Van Lennep Kliniek to the group after announcing it would also enter the European market with a multi-million dollar loan from the international private debt fund Kartesia a few weeks ago. The acquisition marks the twelfth add-on acquisition since BB Capital acquired a majority stake in Cosmetique Totale in 2020.

With the acquisition of Van Lennep Kliniek, Cosmetique Totale is also able to enter this market and thus further expand its services. Van Lennep Kliniek is a specialist in injectable treatments and was founded 15 years ago by cosmetic doctor KNMG Ludy Holst. A total of 20 employees work at the offices in The Hague and Oegstgeest, including cosmetic doctors, a dermatologist and plastic surgeon and certified skin therapists. The clinic focuses on injectables and skin improvement.
