Who are we?

Van Lennep Kliniek has been part of the Cosmetique Totale group since July 2022 and specializes in skin improvement, injectables, and professional skincare. In our clinics, we work with a multidisciplinary team of BIG-registered skin therapists, cosmetic doctors (KNMG), a plastic surgeon, consultants, front-office staff, and a back-office team consisting of our Marketing & Finance departments. Our focus is primarily on medical cosmetic treatments to improve the face, neck, and décolleté. Creating a personal treatment plan, combined with professional advice and appropriate guidance, is the common thread in our team's way of working. This approach centers on the wishes of our clients. Van Lennep Clinic has two locations in The Hague and one in Oegstgeest.

A working day at Van Lennep Clinic

Your workday starts just before 9:00 AM. You are right on time. Before office hours begin and the clinic opens, you check that the reception area and treatment rooms are tidy and clean. If not, you quickly tidy up and handle the other tasks that come with starting the day. The doctor and skin therapist arrive, and together you enjoy a nice cup of coffee, tea, or cappuccino while catching up on your weekend. You review the schedule to see which clients are coming in and whether any administrative details need to be added to their files. After greeting the first client, you coordinate with your front-office colleagues at the other locations. Today, you handle the email while your colleague processes webshop orders and follows up with clients after their intake interviews. Consultations always take priority, so as soon as a client returns from the treatment room, you apply mineral camouflage makeup, provide additional advice, and process their payment. The phone rings all day long with clients wanting to schedule treatments or ask questions about advice they’ve received. You strive to make the most of every conversation. In the afternoon, clients stop by the clinic to purchase skincare, and you provide them with expert advice. At the end of the day, you balance the register, start the laundry, vacuum the clinic, and work with the skin therapist to ensure the location is perfectly tidy for the next day. You head out together at 5:30 PM.

• You have a commercial mindset and are confident in providing additional advice;
• You have an affinity for the beauty industry;
• You are proactive and always ready to support your colleagues;
• You have strong administrative skills and are comfortable handling emails and chat messages;
• You are flexible regarding working hours and availability (including at least one Saturday or evening per month);
• You have an excellent command of Dutch and a good command of English;
