When the corners of your mouth hang down, or your eyebrows sag a bit and you lose volume from your face, it can create a sad, somber or tired look. Sometimes this occurs as a result of aging. For example, the skin in the area around your mouth becomes more fragile as you get older, and loss of volume automatically causes the corners of your mouth to sag a little. In some cases genes play a major role. It is even more annoying when you experience pressure on your eyes because of drooping eyebrows. What is PRO Cheerful - less sad?

The PRO Cheerful is a combination treatment of different injectables for different areas of the face that is specifically formulated to correct features in your face that may give you a sad look. These can be different features that each require a different approach. For the PRO Cheerful treatment, we place injectables such as botox and/or fillers at the temples, cheekbones and mouth to create volume and lift at your eyebrows and corners of the mouth. The extra volume creates a nice lift in both facial areas. During an intake meeting with the doctor, together we comprehensively analyze your entire face and appearance. We look at your anatomy, facial expressions, dynamics, degree of aging and what facial features exactly cause an unwanted sad or gloomy appearance. We take the PRO Cheerful treatment as a basis and customize it for you. We remove the unwanted features without unnaturally changing your own unique face.

We take one of our PRO treatment as a starting point and tailor it to your face and wishes. In addition, we will make with you a personal plan for the long term. We like to look beyond one treatment. The PRO Cheerful step by step guide

Pre-consult

We start with a telephone pre-consultation with one of our beauty consultants. During this consultation we will ask you some questions about your improvement wishes. This way we can estimate which PRO treatment best suits your situation and wishes and with which doctor we can schedule an intake.

Intake

The intake is with one of our doctors. During this intake we will again discuss your wishes together and we will extensively analyze your face. This way we can properly advise you on which areas of the face and how many injectables we could place. If we think you would be better off with a surgical elevator instead of injectables, we will certainly indicate this. In addition, together we’ll draw up a personal plan. We look at what additional and maintenance treatments are appropriate for optimal and lasting results. This way we can also give you an indication of the costs.

Treatment

On the day of treatment we start with a short preparatory talk and take pictures to compare the results later. You also sign the treatment agreement. Then the treatment begins. We treat with botox and/or fillers, which we place on the previously discussed areas of the face, depending on your improvement wishes. If we want to ensure an open look and elevator eyebrows, we give filler at the temples and cheekbones. Do we want to give the corners of the mouth an elevator and ensure a beautifully shaped mouth with firm lips? We treat with ultra-thin, hollow needles. Because these needles are so thin, we can work very precisely. This type of needle is called a cannula and this technique is extra safe and the impact is minimal. Why? Because the cannula pushes the skin away rather than piercing it. The big advantage of this is that your facial tissue is much less damaged this way. For you, it means you have less chance of bruising and you recover faster. This is how we inject small amounts of fillers and/or botox. To both the filler and botox is an anesthetic added, so the treatment is hardly painful.

Post-treatment

You can go home immediately after the treatment, without supervision. You will receive detailed aftercare instructions, which you can quietly read. Immediately after the treatment, small or large swellings may be visible, depending on the extensiveness of the treatment. Sometimes there are some bruises, sometimes they appear after a few days. Because of the anesthesia, the treated area is hardly painful, but this can cause a slightly stiff and sore feeling. You do not need to cool or massage the treated area. We also recommend not to exercise intensively, go to the solarium or sauna or undergo a beauty treatment for the first two days after the treatment. You may wear makeup, but apply it with clean materials. Protect the treated area well with sunscreen with factor 50. If swelling persists or you have questions about the aftercare? Results and Maintenance

Everyone recovers differently from a treatment with injectables. In general you can see the results after 2 days, but after a month the results are at their best. All injectables are non-permanent, or temporary. Our experience is that you see about 8 to 18 months or even longer the effect of a PRO Fresh treatment. After that this effect will slowly fade. Do you want to enjoy the result as long as possible? Then we recommend combining injectables with our GLOW and HOME treatments. These treatments ensure that your skin is in good condition and with a healthy skin you enjoy the effects longer! In addition, we recommend repeating the treatment. Injectables can namely give an increasingly long-lasting result when you repeat the treatment with some regularity.
