What is GLOW Mini?

With the GLOW Mini, we give you a taste of our more comprehensive other GLOW treatments by choosing one technique from them. We look at your skin needs and determine which technique is best for your GLOW Mini. That might be a laser IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) treatment for rosacea or pigmentation, a peel for a fresh beautiful glow, a deep cleanse for acne prone skin or microneedling with hyaluronic acid for dehydrated dull skin.

What makes our GLOW treatments unique?

Each skin area often has different needs. For example, you may suffer from rosacea on your cheeks, a coarser skin texture on your nose and pigmentation on your forehead. The uniqueness of our GLOW treatments is that in one session we treat the same skin zone with different techniques, to penetrate deeply, but also treat different skin zones. This all comes under one combination treatment which we call GLOW treatment. Why do we do it this way? We have experienced and proven that in this way we can achieve faster, more effective and better results for your face.

The GLOW Mini step-by-step plan

Intake

We start with a free intake in which your wishes are central. Together we look at the needs of your skin in your face, neck, cleavage and / or hands at that time. We then recommend which skincare and treatment technique will be most effective for you and your skin at that time.

Pre-treatment

Starting with HOME-treatment cosmeceuticals is ideal in combination with the GLOW Mini, because these cosmeceuticals can already greatly improve your skin. If you combine this preparatory HOME-treatment with a number of treatments in the clinic, you will see that your skin not only becomes calmer and more even, but also ages less quickly. You will notice that your skin sometimes improves in just one week. In addition, you effectively steam your skin ready for the treatments that follow, you see results faster and you reduce the risk of a skin reaction with the preparation of your skin. Your skin has already become accustomed to the ingredients that are both in the HOME-treatment products and also used in the treatment in the clinic.

Treatment

During the intake we determine which of the following four techniques we will use to treat your skin. This may be a laser IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) treatment, if for example you want to fade some (pigmentation) spots or want less redness in your face. Or we perform a peeling, this is recommended when you want to remove dead skin cells, a coarse skin structure or some fine lines to tackle. A deep cleansing is a good method when you suffer from acne or other impurities on your face. Microneedling with hyaluronic acid is used for dry or dehydrated skin. The treatment takes about 30 minutes.

Post-treatment

You will be given comprehensive aftercare instructions after each treatment, so you know exactly what to do and what to expect. It is important that you allow your skin to rest. The side effects of the treatment will be minimal. After the peel, the skin may feel a little tighter for a short time. Pigment spots may temporarily darken after the IPL treatment before they fade. After a deep cleanse or microneedling, your skin may be a little redder and feel a little drier for a few days. In the first week after treatment, avoid peeling creams, scrubs and masks with lots of perfume. Also make sure that you do not go out in the sun or undergo massages and beauty treatments for four weeks. Results and Maintenance
